These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ar9999 ("ar9999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ar9999 website located at ar9999.vip and all associated services. 3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 You may hold only one (1) ar9999 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

3.3 Prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, ar9999 will require completion of KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani players include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). ar9999 may additionally request proof of payment method (e.g., a JazzCash or Easypaisa screenshot confirming account ownership).

3.4 Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ar9999 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. ar9999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 ar9999 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. ar9999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated by ar9999 without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied.

5.3 ar9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Ongoing bonuses will be honoured subject to any wagering requirements already in progress.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering between accounts, and deliberate low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.3 ar9999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant event.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 ar9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.

10.2 Upon closure of an account that is not the result of a Terms breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ar9999 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

11. Responsible Gaming
